Implementation traces

Use the khotan CLI to operate Khotan implementation traces. Add --json for machine-readable output; results go to stdout, diagnostics to stderr.

Commands

khotan traces search

Usage: khotan traces search --q <string> [--k <number>]

Hybrid semantic + full-text search over captured coding sessions (Cursor, Claude, Codex, Devin); returns one ranked passage per conversation with its thread id. Requires the developer role.

Arguments & options:

• --q — Natural-language search query. (required, query)
• --k — Maximum number of results to return (1-50). (optional, query)
