# AI capture

`/api/v1` operations for ai capture. See [HTTP API](/api/) for authentication, the error envelope, and rate limits.

## Operations

### GET /api/v1/ai-capture/unattributed

List unattributed capture remotes

Returns parked remotes this organization already owns and may claim.

Auth: API key required.

Operation ID: `listUnattributedCaptureRemotes`

Responses:
- `200` — Parked remotes this organization may claim.
- `401` — Authentication is missing or invalid.
- `429` — Too many requests; retry after the indicated delay.

### POST /api/v1/ai-capture/assignments

Assign a capture remote to this organization

Maps a git remote this organization already owns to the caller and backfills parked records for that remote.

Auth: API key required.

Operation ID: `assignCaptureRemote`

Request body (`application/json`, required):
- `remote` (string, required)
- `displayName` (string, optional)

Responses:
- `200` — The remote was assigned and parked records were backfilled.
- `400` — The request was malformed or failed validation.
- `401` — Authentication is missing or invalid.
- `403` — The caller is not permitted to perform this action.
- `404` — The resource was not found.
- `409` — Response.
- `429` — Too many requests; retry after the indicated delay.
